How to Order

We have streamlined our order process to make it as simple as possible. Once your Home Care Package provider has signed an agreement with us, or you have NDIS Meals included in your NDIS Plan, you can order your meals in a variety of ways including:

Online

Registered clients can order online via our Client Login portal. Prior to making your first order, you will need to contact us on 4357 8444 or send an email to sThis email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  so that we can set you up as an online user with your own unique login/username and password. You will need a valid email address to be set up as an online user.

Once we have set you up as an online user, you can access the Client Login portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to browse our menu and make your meal selections. Online orders need to be placed at least three business days in advance of your expected delivery date.

Please note: When ordering meals online, we need to receive the order by 2pm in order for it to be processed for delivery 3 business days later.

For example, order by 2pm Monday for Thursday delivery, by 2pm Tuesday for Friday delivery, by 2pm Wednesday for Monday delivery, by 2pm Thursday for Tuesday delivery and by 2pm Friday for Wednesday delivery. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. 

Email

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ensuring that you include your full name, phone number, and address in the email. Alternatively, you can complete a Client Order Form and scan a copy of this to attach to your email. Click HERE to download the Client Order Form.

Over the phone

You can submit your order by calling 02 4357 8444 and talking to one of our friendly staff.

In person

You can click HERE to download a Client Order Form, which you print and fill out to hand to a volunteer.
Please note that in order to access Coast Cuisine (in support of Meals on Wheels Central Coast), you must be deemed eligible to receive our services. Please click here to find out more about the eligibility process.

 

Deliveries

We deliver five days per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, to all areas of the Central Coast. You can specify a preferred delivery day when placing your orders, however, we cannot give or adhere to a request for a specific delivery time. Deliveries generally occur between the hours of 9am and 12 noon, and all clients are required to be home to accept a delivery. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.


Please note that we require a minimum of three business days notice for a delivery request.
